Returns & Refund

We offer a 14-day return period in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for a return.

In addition, every Zylion product comes with a 2-month limited quality warranty. If your bag develops a major manufacturing defect that makes it unusable, we will replace it free of charge.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
